Block Transfer uses digital signatures associated with your public wallet address to verify instructions from you. Your digital account certificate is the private segment of a public key generated using an elliptic curve during account onboarding. We consider your digital signature as certified written authorization of any signed instructions. You can view a more complete description of this process here.

E-Delivery Consent

By opting for eDelivery of tax documents, investor notices, or any other account transaction information including support or digital attestations related thereto; you consent that email delivery of such documents to your provided address equates to written mailed communication of such material in a timely manner.

Electronic Communications

All information communicated on our platform is considered an electronic communication. You agree that we may communicate electronically with you and that such communications, as well as notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, are equivalent to communications in writing and shall have the same force and effect as if they were in writing and signed by the party sending the communication.

Transaction Notices

You may receive a message in our app that any transfer, private sale, or other instructions have been properly digitally signed and submitted to the Stellar network, where they take effect. You consent that receipt of such digital confirmation equates to us physically mailing you an account statement alongside a statement of transfer effectiveness. If a transaction fails because of insufficient funds or other various reasons, we will also notify you in the app. You similarly agree that such notice equates to receiving a written, mailed communication.
